Robert Pratten, a seasoned real estate executive, provides business consulting services to clients acquiring, developing, financing, or investing in real estate.  Bob retired after 33 years, including 13 years as President & CEO, with Regency Multifamily, a real estate holding company located in Champaign, Illinois.  During his tenure as President, investors earned a superior annual return while the company won numerous awards for outstanding customer service.
